Since Land Rover introduced their Range Rover sub-brand in 1969, the intention has always been to build a vehicle that has all the off-road credibility of a Land Rover but to pair it with luxury accommodations and great design. In the past 53 years, Range Rover has released a number of other models to their lineup but the full-size Range Rover has always been at the top of the range. With a new design for 2022, this is only the 5th comprehensive redesign of the full-sized Range Rover since 1969- although significantly updated, the new car still retains many of the signature styling traits people have come to love about the vehicle. The all-new platform allows multiple new engine and drivetrain options and features technology like 4-wheel steering, electronic dampers, and a 48-volt electric system with variable rate sway bars for better on-road handling and off-road articulation. On the inside, active noise cancelation keeps the cabin nearly silent and the new infotainment displays give the car a very clean look while also integrating hard knobs and buttons for crucial features like HVAC controls.

This Range Rover First Edition is one of the earliest examples in the United States and was ordered in Long Wheel Base specification and was delivered to Land Rover South Bay in Redondo Beach, CA on June 30th. Showing just 417 miles on the odometer, this example is outfitted with the most powerful P530 package-the 4.4-Liter twin-turbo V8 produces 523 horsepower and 553 lb-ft of torque which is enough to provide 0-60 acceleration in just 4.5 seconds. Painted in a beautiful shade of Charente Gray with a black contrasting roof, black wheels, and blacked-out chrome, the exterior of the car is very understated but still looks aggressive. The interior is covered in Ebony Semi-Aniline leather and the vehicle is specified with the two row interior and 5 seats. Optioned with Black Silver Birch interior trim and the Premium Interior Protection & Storage package which offers special antimicrobial floor mats as well as a rear luggage carrier.
