From a collaboration that stretches back over five decades, the creation of Vanquish Zagato once again paired Aston Martin's acclaimed dynamic and material qualities with the prestigious Italian design-house Zagato, showcasing the very best of Aston Martin’s spectacular sporting ability and bespoke luxury. Zagato’s design language is found in every detail. A fluid, elegant form, with every element considered, from the striking Z-shaped grille, right through to the sculptural rear end, exterior and interior ‘Z’ touches.

As well as spectacular sporting ability, Vanquish Zagato’s interior space embodies Aston Martin's fine tradition of craftsmanship, replete with many singular touches that showcase the very best of Aston Martin’s bespoke luxury. Herringbone carbon fibre is paired with shadow and anodized bronze and optional aniline leather to give the fascia, vents and rotary dials a rich material quality. The unique ‘Z’ quilt pattern stitch can be seen on the seat and door sections, while the celebrated trademark Zagato ‘Z’ is embossed on the headrests and finely stitched into the centre console.

The Vanquish Zagato is a powerful addition to the Aston Martin and Zagato lineage. With its 6.0L V12 powertrain producing 580 bhp, Vanquish Zagato can deliver a projected 0-62 mph time of 3.5 seconds. This performance, matched with its unique suspension setup, creates a unique driving experience to stir the senses. The new bodywork is entirely shaped from race-bred carbon-fiber, with the split lines on the body significantly reduced by the use of large one-piece panels, emphasizing Vanquish Zagato’s status as a truly exclusive and highly prized GT that promises to be as iconic an Aston Martin as it is sought after.

The use of the best materials has always set Aston Martin apart. Rippling carbon fiber sills run around the lower body to create a pronounced line from front to rear, with a quad-exhaust nestling within the curvaceous shapes. Exquisitely shaped alloys and the finest soft hide leathers are joined by high-tech materials like carbon-fiber composites and lightweight metal castings. Lightweight hand-rolled aluminum and carbon fiber panels clothe the body, taking over 2000 hours to craft, representing the most dedicated application of Aston Martin’s talents for engineering cutting-edge design. With just 28 built units, it is also one of the most strictly limited models from Aston Martin.
