Designed by the legendary Colin Chapman, the Lotus Seven is a lightweight two-seater open top sports car produced by Lotus cars from 1957 to 1972.

This unique Lotus Seven Series 1 was originally first road registered in the UK on 30 June 1960. The current owner bought the car in 1977, importing it into the Netherlands and registering it on Dutch license plate on 9 December 1977. On March 2020 the car has been inspected by “Gratama & Luxwolda Classic Car Taxaties”, an official classic car registered valuation company in Holland, who estimate todays value of this car at 40.000 euro. According to the inspection, the car is in good running condition, chassis is in good condition, no sign of accidents, few body parts has been repainted but the paint is still in good condition. Small signs of oxidation on some of the chrome parts are visible, dashboard is complete and in good condition. The car just had its annual road test certification and is road legal. The 948 cc engine equipped with 2 SU Carburetors and open air filter is running fine.
