This 2019 718 Cayman is finished in a beautiful GT Silver Metallic over a black and Bordeaux two-tone interior. Out of the many shades of silver that Porsche offers, GT Silver is one of the most sought-after thanks to its depth and ability to change shade depending on the ambient lighting. A set of 20” Carrera S wheels are fitted, finished in satin black, and match the black painted tailpipes. In front, Bi-Xenon Headlamps with the Porsche Dynamic Light System are optioned and offer increased visibility at night. The interior is finished in two-tone black and Bordeaux leather with aluminum trim. Optioned with the exceptionally comfortable 14-way power-adjustable sport seats and GT Sport Steering wheel, this Cayman is equally suited to everyday use and weekend mountain drives or track work. Although these engines were maligned on their initial release, they have proven an excellent pairing with the mid-engine chassis, providing performance, fuel economy, and far greater tuning potential than their naturally aspirated counterparts. Porsche has recently announced that the internal combustion engine will be a thing of the past when the next-generation Cayman and Boxster go on sale in 2025. Although this news has understandably been met with mixed reception, the 718 cars are quite a high note to leave on.
