I could not read the German literature, where does it mention that the
“turbo flares” for this Carrera 3.0 is from the factory, ie…original option from the factory.

Hi Tom, during the restoration they stripped the paint to bare metal and found no welds or grafting on the fenders - this was before Porsche officially offered the factory "WTL Turbo-Look" package.
